Commissioned in 2024, this building has become the new headquarters of PIP Global Safety, featuring 8,100sqm of high-stud warehouse and 563sqm of office/amenity space, including bike racks and end of trip facilities.
Positioned on a corner site, the facility has been built to the highest specifications, featuring a large breezeway that allows for dual access with drive-through capabilities, eight roller doors and 54 car parks to the North and South of the building.

5R Solutions
2/69 Maclaughlins Rd
5R Solutions secured this heavy-industry zoned corner site for their new resource recovery centre. 5R became the first tenant of Newbridge Estate, the 1,457sqm warehouse with 200sqm of office/amenity space and 15 carparks, has future-proofed their operations for growth.
By generating electricity with a solar array, harvesting rainwater for use throughout the facility, employing thermal controls and high-spec insulation, 5R have further aligned their business with long-term sustainability goals.

Century Yuasa Batteries – Stage 2
Century Yuasa Batteries will become the first tenant in Stage 2 of Newbridge Estate (100 Prices Road), on completion of their new facility late 2026.
The 2,500sqm warehouse has been designed with full drive around facilities, recessed loading docks and a generous breezeway. The office has been designed to maximise thermal comfort and is powered by a solar array.

Newbridge Estate is being developed in stages. Stage 1, encompassing two large sites on Mclaughlins Road is complete, along with all of the strategic infrastructure of the full site – the new bridge, access roading and roundabouts, extensive landscaping and wetland planting. Stage 2 is well underway, with the next facility operational late 2026, and a further extra-large 40,000+ sqm facility for Mainfreight under development.
